IT Operations Ticketing is Going to ServiceNow!

The new DataRobot ServiceNow IT Ticketing platform will go live on Monday, December 13th 2021. Instead of submitting your IT requests through Fresh Service you will now be using ServiceNow.
Non-IT related services will remain on the existing Fresh Service platform, these include General questions, Facilities, Payroll and HR.
